Thanks to the DPS on-line status check site, I have now memorized my driver's license number.

(I check daily from a computer that has auto-complete turned off as a security enhancement.)

I've had mine memorized since I first received it. I always figured that if I forget my wallet, I can still tell the LEO my name, birth date, DL #, and information that is on the DL. At least it would be a good faith effort to identify myself, upon their demand.
