The new Hornady .22wmr V-Max ammo

I need some guidance form someone in the Houston area.
I am super impressed with this new Hornady product. I have seen a place that I can order it on line but the extra chares for S&H etc drives the cost to me up to nearly 20 bux. I live in the Houston area and was wondering if any retail outlets in my area sell this ammo. I have looked with no success.
I'd appreciate it if any of you could let me know of any in my area. Thanks!
