obtaining PINs

Mars & I would like to be good little CHLers and change our address on our CHLs. However, we cannot locate our PINs since we've moved (for the third time).
I sent an e-mail to DPS (CHL division) at least two weeks ago. I would like to call, but I do not have a home phone, and am afraid that being on my cell too long would put me over my minutes.

What's the best course of action? I'll call from work if I have to, but would rather not keep my carpool buddy waiting.

There's a form that you can print out and mail: ftp://ftp.txdps.state.tx.us/forms/cr-70.pdf

Send them another email at chl@txdps.state.tx.us asking for your pin to change your address. You'll have to give them enough information to make sure its you. CHL number, Drivers license number, Name, DOB. Can't hurt, I did this a few weeks ago and had my pin in 2 hours. Or call them at 1-800-224-5744. Seems easier then mailing them a form.

I can confirm that they will get back to you with your pin if you email. However, it took them nearly a week to respond to mine... so be patient :)

I gave them my name, DL number and CHL number in the email and it was enough info for them to provide the pin.
