At least I know someone is working on it. I don't understand the process, it has taken from 4/23/08 until now for someone to start the background check. Where has my paperwork been since 4/23/08.

Unfortunately thats a "canned" response. I think we've all gotten the same one in the last couple of months. Simone will say almost anything to get someone off of the phone, or stop them from E-Mailing.. Pull up a chair, have a adult beverage (responsibly) kick up your feet and relax, were all on the same sinking ship......
