the one main accessory for the P32 and P3AT is the pinkie rest for the magazines. It does make for a bit of trouble in comcealment, but adds more than enough back in control of the pistols.
Beyond that, all the other accessories are unnecessary fluff.
just my opinions

I don't know about a 'pinkie rest', but I do use the 10 round mags that provide a full fisted grip.
Still goes in my pocket just fine. If I'm using the belt clip, it doesn't sit as low behind my pants as the regular mag.

I bought a used one with the mag extension (not the 10 round mag) and the grip is better than the plain one. Pinky extension will help. Go to the Tek Works section on the Kel Tec Gun Owners site (KTOG)
I put in a trigger stop per the KTOG site and like the results.

Get a good pocket holster. I use a kydex holster that I like a lot. It's a Grandfather Oak model.

The ammo setup would be your next step. Rim lock can occur with HP ammo due to the design of the round and length of the HP. You can either shoot all FMJ or have an HP in the chamber and one HP as the top round of the mag and the rest FMJ. The other option is to install a rim lock kit in a mag. It can then only fit HP legth ammo. With .32 I opted for shooting FMJ in the hotter loads. I settled on S&B because it has
never failed me when I shoot it. Here is a web site with some test data.

The .32 is chastised by many as being too inferior for self defense but the gun can be carried so easily that you will find it can go places others can't. Practice with it often and enjoy the gun!
