5.7x28 ar-15 uppers.

So i went into my local gun store and found something pretty awesome. Its an AR style upper receiver that accepts P90 magazines and fires the 5.7mm round. The magazine mounts on top of the receiver and rounds eject out of the magazine well. Also, it will mount onto any AR style lower receiver. I'm still reading up on it but I take it that it is not gas operated.
