The Texas Self-Defense & Deadly Force Law Seminar scheduled for this Friday, August 1st from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at PSC is just about full. We have only about 10 or 12 slots left, so please send me an email if you want to attend. The seminar is free and you don't have to be a PSC member to attend.

Charles, does this mean the Personal Protection Inside the Home class is also full for this weekend?

I regret that this took so long to post, but after the seminar Friday, the wife and I took the opportunity to make a weekend of it and visited relatives in the area and went to Galveston and generally had a good time.

Let me be the first, that I can find on this forum, to congratulate Charles on a high quality and entertaining seminar. It was well worth the drive from Austin. I only wish that my two daughters, not 13, who plan to get their CHL's (with dear old dad as instructor) this year could have attended.

Charles, thank you from all of us who attended, on preparing such a fine presentation, a good evening of learning and a brief peek into the future.

My only regret was that there were no handouts or copies of the Power Point presentation. Since I had anticipated neither, due to very obvious reasons, I came prepared to take detailed and copious notes. I took over six pages of fast scribbly notes on a legal pad. After I have translated them into English, it will be much longer.

Assuming Charles does this again, I STRONGLY encourage any one with a passing interest in carrying a firearm to attend, pay close attention and take good notes. The wealth of knowledge which will be found my very well have a dramatic effect on the rest of you life.

With appreciation and warm regards.
Carl
