I need to test accuracy on my Springfield at 25 yards before reporting back to them. Can anyone point me to the right direction on this? Thanks.

I use an Outers Pistol Perch for all my trials. I dont know if you live near one of the major metropolitan areas like Houston, San Antone, Austin, Corpus Christi or Dallas, but you might check with some of the gun shops or guns ranges to see if any of them might have a Ransom Rest. This unit is the best way to really find out how a handgun really shoots. Im not saying buy one but you might be able to use it for a fee.

Good Luck

I use a Hornady rest. It has different heights on all sides so you can flip it around until you get what you want, it's also hollow so you can put sand, ammo, or whatever you want inside.

Thanks for the advice. I was looking at the Ransom rests. They are uber awesome, but also uber expensive. lol. I guess they are worth the month. Maybe I should ask for one this Christmas.

That looks pretty nice. I have used small sandbags for pistols with just so-so success. That looks much better. So I just ordered one from Midway. I told my wife, an Irish Lass, that I just got myself a St. Patricks Day present; something orange. She was not amused.

Kind Regards,
