Obama's campaign slammed her as inexperienced. "Today, John McCain put the former mayor of a town of 9,000 with zero foreign policy experience a heartbeat away from the presidency," it said in a statement.
With two terms as mayor plus her current job as Governor of this country's largest state, she has more experience in the Executive Branch than Obama and Biden combined.
