This 30.06 is on both sides of the building no where near the doors
This one is next to the doors

No Gun=No Money
Find another store that wants your business. There are on every corner. I wouldn't walk into any 7-11 without being armed. Too many youtube videos of robberies at convenience stores.

I snipped the pictures to save room, but I wanted to point out that the two signs are NOT mutually exclusive.
The sign saying no unlicensed possession is required by law for the TABC permit to sell beer. This still allows the owner to make a separate decision on whether or not to post signs banning firearms and their owners.
The signs on the side of the building may be legal and all the notice that is required if that is where the people would normally park before walking up. The law requires the notice to be conspicuously displayed where the public is likely to see it, not necessarily near the doors.
Of course, as has been pointed out for this specific case, the sign is invalid for not having the Spanish translation.
but do not bet on the signs being invalid just because they have the other unlicensed possession sign or the sign is not near the door.

What's confusing? The sign doesn't meet the legal requirements.

The signs are on the sides near the back of the building where some of the gas pumps are. If you pump your gas up by the doors that are on both sides you would have to detour 20ft from the doors just to read them. Also there are 4 parking places in the front where there are no signs you would not walk pass them to go inside. Just thought it kinda odd I have never seen 30.06 signs at any 7-11 and they are every where in the DFW area.
