Question for the ladies...Trying to equip the wife.

I bought my wife a P3AT last year for Christmas and she does carry it (most of the time). We were discussing her carrying it all the time and the crux seems to be in the weight (yeah, I know it's light) vs. carry options. Here's where we are, she used to carry a NAA .22 mag in the clip holster in the center of her bra. We would like to do something similar with the KelTek.
I know about the clip attachment but suspect that would not be as comfortable as the NAA was in the holster (we no longer have that weapon). My question is, have any of the ladies here carried in a similar fashion and know of suitable equipment...or even any of the fellows whose wives may have such experience? I would appreciate any ideas.

I also carried a NAA Arms 22 and I still have it. Mine has a folding grip with a belt clip. I would carry in my purse most of the time but on occassion I would clip to my bra.
My primary carry now is the Kel-Tec P32. I added the optional belt clip to it and I can clip it (no holster needed to my waistband, bra, pocket, sock, etc. Works very well for me. I also, have a Comp-tac Centerline holster for it. This holster hangs around your neck on a chain or string and works very well too. It can be adjusted to hang where it is most comfortable and concealed. I use mine when working on the tractor. I don't know if Comp-tac makes one for the P3AT. I would reccomend you check with Comp-tac to see if you can get a Centerline for her P3AT.
There is a wide elastic band holster that is designed to be worn just under the midriff that might work. I have not tried it. It smacks too much of a corset!
Quite frankly I am a purse carrier. My Kimber Ultra Carry 45, M&P 9C, and my Kel-Tec fit very well in my purse and are easy and quick to access. I very rarely go anywhere without my purse and if I do I generally carry in a OSW holster.
Too bad that the CHL Forum Day got postponed I was going to (and will when it is rescheduled) do a clinic on Feminie Options for carry. I will have a good selection of options for the ladies to look at and try. If you can bring your lady and come. I think Charles is thinking about April.
If you are in the Houston area or are planning on it, you are welcome to PM me and we could arrange a meet.

They do (

Might want to ask over on the Women & Guns magazine board too.

Thanks all, we discussed it and the clip looks like the solution.

Good choice. I like mine.
Just so you are aware there are a couple of minuses. (i know you have probably thought of them but...) One if you use the clip to carry the trigger is not covered as it would be with a holster therefore I don't carry in clip mode with the gun chambered. Two the muzzle is not covered and unless the gun is kept very clean your clothes won't stay clean. I don't carry in clip mode with any good clothing.
