MIP ticket

7 years ago I got an MIP ticket in Florida but was not arrested. I was just given the ticket and sent on my way. I paid the fine and a search of the court record shows a disposition of ADJUDICATION WITHHELD. I believe this is a class C mis. but do I need to include it in the application/certified copy of the judgment and sentence from the courts. Thanks

You are correct on all counts. Include it in the application, but it is not a disqualifier.

And welcome to the forum!

Possession of what? Alcohol? Drugs? A firearm? Firecrackers?

good question. I don't have a good answer besides to maybe test our integrity. Maybe they're also looking for red flags that might add up more then conviction records would do.

I'm in the same boat. Waiting on one PD to mail me a 2003 arrest report but I was let go and not charged with anything.
