Another new baby to share...

After going to two Academys, I realized it was going to be tough to find a Mossberg Persuader locally. So I decided to pick one up on GunBroker. $265 shipped. Not a bad deal in the scheme of things. And it is my understanding, these will be illegal once BHO gets his AWB in place. Since I don't have my hands on it yet, here is the pic from the auction:
I've been looking for a good HD shotgun and this fit the bill!

Why are they going to be banned? Because of the removable stock?

My guess would be the pistol grip and the tube extension?

I *thought* it may have to do with the fact it has a pistol grip, but I am not 100% sure.
