Amazingly a school district in Massachusetts is considering teaching kids to defend themselves against a gunman!

Keep us posted on this. It will be interesting to find out what they teach. I hope it is better then telling women NOT TO RESIST or teaching them how to play dead.

I think this is a great idea, but they need to go beyond using backpacks and textbooks to defend themselves. Maybe they should include self-defense into the PE curriculum, if they still have PE.

This is a step in the right direction.

Those with rich fantasy lives who think "gun free zone" signs stop killers at the door will object vociferously. However, an examination of the options - fight or submit and die - can be understood by most reasonable folks.

Large cracks are starting to show in the fraud that being defenseless somehow bestows an immunity to violence. All of recorded history is a clue to those who are paying attention, and more and more folks are beginning to do just that.
