Edit: Oh, you probably meant the 100-yard range?
We were in lanes 16 & 17 near the east end of the rifle line. I was shooting a Bushmaster Varminter with a Burris scope on it, and my son was shooting a RRA Varminter with a Burris scope. Both rifles have Magpul PRS stocks. My son also was shooting a Savage 10FP HS Precision in .308.

I took a friend of mine for the first time yesterday. She was absolutely crazy excited after the fact. She definitely wants to go again! Her daughter also expressed an interest in going next time...
She even said that she may be interested in getting a CHL...that is after she learns more.

You may have actually seen me (tall skinny guy with a goatee and mustache). I was there with 3 other guys (all adults) on the first 2 benches with my AR (has a monopod grip) and my AK. On the bench next down there was a man, woman, and a kid shooting a Ruger Mini 14.
We also spent some time on the pistol range where I got to shoot my new to me Glock 35, and I was very happy with that gun. It felt great, and was a lot easier to get back on target and shoot follow ups accurately than my Glock 27, and I was able to shoot very tight groups. I also tried shooting with both eyes open for the first time and did decent. At 7 yardsI shot 40 rounds and all shots were in the 9 ring, but it took me a good couple of seconds after the shot to get my focus back on the sights. This is definately something I will start working on when I hit the range again as I have always been a one eye open shooter and want to change this.
