Now that you've got older, how fast do y'all drive...and on what public highways?

On the highway during the daytime 65, night 60.. Pretty much 5 under the speed limit until the speed limit hits 55 or under, then I run the limit.. The only time I run any faster on the highway is long distance travel, then it's much like anyone else, 5 over but only if there is a significant time advantage ( 10 hr drive or longer ).. I haven't had a speeding ticket since I was 18, I'm 25 now. You have 1 less idiot to worry about on the highway
The days of speeding was when I was much younger, also out in the boonies where there were no other vehicles on the road.. I get my speed fix on the track now days

I never drive below the speed limit and will usually either go the limit or 5-7 mph over on the highway. If traffic is moving along very quickly then I may go close to 10 over to go with the flow. Off the highway I do not exceed the limit as you are probably more likey to get pulled over and ticketed for going a few miles over on a lower speed limit.

I go about as fast as the fastest guy to pass me so far, just 1/4 mile behind him. I figure it gives the LEO plenty of time to put the radar gun down and head after him, and I watch my speeding buddy's brake lights closesly.
Sometimes I just feel like speeding, usually slowing before I crest a hill.
22-years-old with no tickets on record, without a radar / laser detector. I think it's going well so far.
For what it's worth, I keep my vehicles in good working order and test their speeding ability regularly on deserted back roads in an effort to minimize the danger I impose on other motorists.
Oh, and that 115 in a 70 was given to me at a gas station after I'd filled my entire tank. Figured I'd take the ticket instead of arguing with the officer. A quick phone call to the judge's office and the gas receipt got it dismissed.

Only if you blow it off and don't pay it or clear it.
