The thread topic is pasted from the title of the liveleak video, the quality's a little poor , looks linda like more like a pistol grip shotgun to me.

Anyone familiar with the back story on this?

That, and an AK lover like me notices the curved charging handle protruding from that fine firearm.

It looks like he fires a round or two at the end. Hopefully there was a threat he was responding to. The video only showed an apparently unarmed person sitting down the beer and leaving.

On top of the video it says "As they pull away, he is fired at 6 times and returns fire with 2 shots from his AK"

Whether or not that is true us a different story...we all know how the media can distort things. All though, this time it seems to be in favor of the victim.

Couldn't that be rigged up on a shotgun?
Don't any of them have clips?
If not, they ought make one so we can have banana clips on our shotguns when we go bird huntin :anamatedbanana

most shotguns have tube magazines. I don't know of any that are fed with clips.
Saiga 12's have a magazine that's similar in fashion to what you are referring. they are, AFAIK, not clip fed, though.

The Saiga 12 shotguns are box magazine-fed.

There are also several other shotguns available that utilize box magazines.

A common internet acronym.

AFAIK = As Far As I Know

Oh, OK... it sounded like the guy's name down at the local " We Tote 'Em" :smilelol5:

I don't do any texting, so I'm not very knowlegeable on acronyms, or the metric system either
(I'm good with the english system)
