This time it was a knife, but somehow I don't think this is going to spark a debate about knives on campus.

The story doesn't give many details, but since the title said the lady was 'decapitated' I'd have to assume this took some time. Virginina can do what the want with their laws, but in TX I bet if CHL were allowed on campus, this scumbag wouldn't have gotten this far. Maybe that would have given EMS a chance to save her.
