Anybody deal with this outfit before?
My local places and favorite internet sights didnt have what I needed, so I might try these people out.

I have used them and had good experiences. However, their website does not let you know if something is on backorder.

Both times I have dealt with them....I have been disappointed with shipping times (almost 3 wks. both times).
This may be a result of what Jbirds alluded to (no indication of back orders). In any case, there was NO communication of such a thing on their part, and my phone calls (after 2 weeks) only netted a "we'll look into that".
I am not impressed, but I hope others will fare better.

I have bought several items from them with no complaints. Gun belts to radar guns. Most items
shipped free + no sales tax. Good prices = happy me.

+1 for this one. I ordered a couple of items from them. One item was in stock and I got it within days. The other item was on back order and it took around 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. There is no "out of stock" or "on back order" notification on the site. That being said, I have no complaints about everything else related to their way of business and I would buy from them again.

I recently ordered some products from them and like everyone else said they do not let you know if it is in stock or not. You need to write down the product code and make a call to them usually taking around 10-15 minutes of your time. I did not know this at the time of ordering. After I placed my order online AND got a confirmation e-mail that my order had been confirmed and my card charged...the next day I received an e-mail stating they were out of stock on the product I ordered b/c they are so hard to keep around. It was a cheap scope you an A2 carry handle. I doubt they are flying off the shelves like ammo or the gun themselves. So after they took my money and confirmed my order then they tell me they do not have it in stock. I was more than happy to choose from an item they did have in stock and pay the difference says the lady on the phone. So I think all the products they carry are awesome, but their customer service lacks in every department. I will find another place to do business with in the future. Just my two cents though...

I have had nothing but great experiences with them. Yes they don't tell you something is back ordered but all you have to do is check the status of your order on the website and they have never charged my card till the order was shipped. They will ship the back ordered item separately so I dont have to wait on the other items for free.

Placed my order and I got the backorder/out of stock notice (like a day later). They say 3-7 business days. Wont charge my card. Item I ordered is not critical so no problem waiting. As others have said, no way to know if an item is in stock unless you order it or call them.

Two purchase no problems. I have had back order and no contact problems with a couple sellers lately. I chalk it up to everybody is very busiest right now
