Comp-Tac Displays Great Customer Service Again.

Just got off the phone with Comp-Tac. Last weekend my double mag pouch cracked just above the front clip. I called and spoke with Erna. There was no wait time on the phone either. I got an RMA and sent it in. Today I got a call and they are going to replace it. This defiantly one of the better company's to deal with. All of their stuff is great and the service is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great gear.

I hesitate to put all my Comp-Tac stuff together in one pile becasue I'll stop and realize how much money I've spent with them over the past few years.

How long had you had the mag pouch before it cracked ?

About 10 months of regular carry use and IDPA matches.

Received it in the mail today. Another speedy dealing with Comp-Tac.
