I filed the application online and was not sure of some dates.. I was within a few months of being accurate on moving and employment dates. I did call DPS and was told to just put a question mark after unsure answers. However, that was before I realized that I would need to file online. There is no way to add any additional information to the online form. I can use all the online application info that's available. Thanks...

Also, I read something about a required signature with online filing. Is this a true statement?

DPS prints and sends you paperwork with your online answers. I think you can make manual corrections on those forms .
