TSRA Meeting - Hotel Check In
Posted: Fri Feb 27, 2009 6:18 pm
We were checked in by a pleasant seeming woman named Dora who had a thick accent so I had difficulty understanding her.
It wasn't until we got to the room that Mrs. Chemist said to me: "Well she didn't need to say that."
"Say what?" I asked.
She said "I'm not a fan of your group."
Now I'm angry.
I don't really care one whit what this twit thinks about our group and I certainly did not ask her for her opinion.
I will be passing this on to the TSRA people in charge of selecting a hotel.
If Hampton doesn't want our business, then we can go elsewhere.
If Hampton does want our business then they can school their employees to keep their politics to themselves.
Yes, she has the right to free speech. I have the right to do business elsewhere.
I'll be sending a letter to the management of this hotel and to Hampton corporate headquarters.
