if Sean Patricks Grill and Pub or Pub and Grill (don't know which) is posted 30.06 or 51%. My wives dinner (actually going for lunch) club is suppose to go there tomorrow. It is not listed in Russells texas3006.com.

That's a great question. My first guess would be that it's 51%, but they do serve a decent amount of food there. Only time I've been there I wasn't carrying due to alcohol consumption. I would have dropped by and checked, but I was in California snowboarding. Did you find out if you can legally carry there?

Fangs - Like I stated above we went there the day after St. Paddies day. Did not see any 30.06 or 51%. Place is really big and looks like a sports bar (flat screen TV's all over the place). They have a pretty extensive menu (prices reasonable) but I could not figure out which they would sell more of (I would go for food but not sure). I did not see their liquor license so really don"t know for sure - seem like it could go either way. To be sure did not carry.

You should ask to see their license. I believe it is supposed to be posted so the general public can view it.

Did you see more people eating or more people drinking? haha

The TABC Public Inquiry does have the one helpful answer. A Food and Beverage Certificate is an optional license for a liquor permit holder to apply for. It certifies his business is primarily food. This means that a majority of the income is from food and that he meets certain other requirements (such as number of entree items). If a permittee has a FB listed, then he cannot possibly be 51% as it means exactly the opposite. The reason some apply for this is that certain performance bonds are waived for places with the FB certificate. But it is optional and not ever required, so not seeing it means nothing. It also does not apply to someplace that only sells beer.
