I hit it and as it stands:

32%-safer
68%-more dangerous

How can it be more dangerous than it is now? No guns allowed=easy pray!

KLTV just ran an article on the issue - never once mentioning a CHL and the requirements therefor. :banghead:

After viewing the article, Mrs. Oldgringo, a CHL holder unfamiliar with this issue, said she didn't want a bunch of kids (teenagers) running around with guns.

That is what half-{way} subjective reporting does to the news and the uninformed viewers. I'd like to think that ABC affiliate KLTV's failure to tell the whole story was out of ignorance rather than bias. :headscratch

They could have been clearer in their wording:
A proposed bill, in the Texas legislature, would allow students to carry licensed concealed guns on Texas college campuses

The way it is phrased...it sounds as if students (any) would be allowed to carry a "licensed" gun in a concealed fashion.

This is divisive as written.

Between the media and college campuses, I can't make up my mind who I like the least.

Thanks, Flint. We must of missed those "three little words" as the grub was being passed back and forth.

35
65

At last check :grumble

I'm guessing if we proposed CHL'ers could carry at preschool -the media would report it as 6 year olds now packin' heat :banghead:

41% = safer
59% = more dangerous

The gap is closing. The poll I posted on a news website not long ago turned out to be in favor of the bill.

I like the way this is going, not quite the 90%+ positive feedback of the parking lot bill, but headed in the right direction. :thumbs2:

Yes, but those percentages pretty much guarantee it won't be reported on. Doesn't fit the "agenda".
