A couple boxes once in a while won't hurt it. A steady diet of it could wear it out a little faster than WWB.

I have a Taurus SS full size which is a licensed Berreta from Brazil. Needless to say Taurus is a better gun. Yeap, is not known by its finishing but...Anyway, Taurus don't recommend +P on that particular gun, and since I know steel from Brazil is MUCH better than italian....
All the best

A little Hi-jack but why do the Italian made 92's go for a lot more money than the more recent Brazil made models. What makes the Brazilian metals any better. In the grand scheme of things Italy makes some really nice (high end) stuff. Cars and motorcycles as an example.

indeed the cars are nice. Steel from Italy is highly recycled from sources like scrap from India or metals parts from east europe. Less then 4% steel from Brazil is recycled and they are one of the top 10 pruducers of steel in the planet. Berreta is just overpriced because of the brand name.

I wonder if that makes a difference between American made and Brazilian made Springfield 1911s.

The 92/M9 is designed to handle NATO standard ammo +p isn't as hot as NATO standard. Shoot the +P.

Don't know where you are Chunk, but Champion Firearms in College Station has a good supply of 9mm +p SD ammo. I just picked up some Gold Dots for my wife G19 from them.
