Taurus email address

Does anyone know if there is an email address for Taurus? I've searched their web site several times and can't find one anywhere. I'm trying to check on the status of my Millennium Pro 745 that I sent in recently. All they give on "Contact Us" is a phone number and a mailing address. Forget the phone! I tried calling them three times and was on hold for 20min. each time. Never did get to talk to anyone. I finally gave up. I've been a Taurus fan for years, but this really torques me and I might have to find a new brand to fall in love with.
