I was on CNN today

Apparently one of my youtube videos on gun rights was seen on CNN today. Pretty cool.
I've been looking on the cnn.com website today to see if i can find the featured spot. Apparently it was just really quick and it was just a clip of me saying "registration is the first step to confiscation". If anyone happens to find a link to a video that shows that clip please send me a link. I'm always interested when one of my videos gets news coverage (it's happened a few times) and especially concerned they'll be re-edited in a manner that changes it's message.
Nice to know the common man can have his voice heard on occasion.

Do you relinquish all re-publishing rights when you put a video on Youtube?

i'm honestly not sure. I've always assumed as much but i'm sure its in their TOS.

If you are creating media, and someone else is using it without your permission, that's copyright infringement.
You may have given up all rights to Youtube.
Not sure how that works, but I'd want to know.
(IANAL etc)

Did someone say they saw you???
I don't watch CNN, because that channel has a parental block on it in my house...

copyright justification or not I'd think it would be pretty sweet to have something I made aired. If it was content I was trying to distribute for a fee for my living then I would probably feel differently.

Several folks that subscribe to my videos messaged me today saying they saw it. I got 5-6 emails from different sources throughout the day. I didn't know 5-6 people watched CNN at the same time. lol

I have to admit that I did not know that many people watched CNN either.

too funny. At least it wasn't one of my other videos. I at least appeared to be coherent in that one. lol
I didn't watch the rest of the clip. based on what other board members said it would have just irked me.
