If you had shot it is the question???

THat means it would have to get by you loading the Mag. Unlikely.
If it loaded & went into battery I should think the gun would be alright. Looking at it I think I would be more concerned about not enough pressure to get it out the barrel.
Probably would not cycle & you would have a squib.

My guess anyway. I dont want to shoot it to try.:tiphat:

I doubt it would have fit in the chamber based on the picture. If it did go into battery the results probably would have been incomplete burning of the powder due to reduced pressure caused by half the case tension missing. I do not think anything would have been damaged but you would have a very dirty handgun with unburned powder residue all over the inside.

Let me guess, the bullet was very easy to remove? It would have probably come out durign the loading of the mag or chambering of the round. If ti cleared the mag, there's no way it would chamber with all the brass squeezed out the side, even in the loose chambers of most Glocks. If you had hammered the slide closed and pulled the trigger, it would have probably fired ok but left a mess in the chamber for the next round to jam into...
