I am about to take my class and want to make sure I have the correct paperwork.

I was charged and arrested with a class B misdemeanor in 2002. I have received a certified copies of the deferred adjudication judgement, conditions of community supervision (probation) and Order Dismissing Deferred Proceedings. Is this the paperwork I need?

That should be all you need.

I am confused. I have started to fill out my CHL application and I am at the part where it is asking me for my criminal/arrest history.

One of the papers I have from the county says "Deferred Adjudication Judgement." The disposition paper titled, Oder Dismissing Deferred Proceedings says :
On this day.... that the period of probation has expired in each cause and that the defendant therein is entitled to discharge from the same... It is therefore considered, ordered and adjudged, that the finding that the evidence substantiated the defendant's guilt heretofore entered in each of the following causes be, and the same is hereby set aside, that the complaint and information in each of the said causes be, and the same are hereby dismissed and each said cause stricken from the docket of this court, and that each defendant therein be, and he is hereby discharged from probabtion as of the day and year set after his name.
I'm no lawyer but it sounds like a 'probation discharge.' Is that correct? Will I get rejected for setting the wrong type of disposition?
