Deferred Adjudification of a Close Relative; am I affected?

Phew. This is difficult for me. I have a close relative that has served 2 years out of a 3 year probation. The charge is a 2nd degree felony(drug possession). The relative is under deferred adjudication, and has served 180 days in a county supervision facility, and was in some sort of county rehab program while under county supervision. this person is a model citizen nowdays, and goes to every probation meeting, has not failed a UA test since getting out of community supervision.

I have 3 questions:
1. Does this jeopardize my chance for getting a CHL?
2. Is this person put in jeopardy when they come over to visit me, knowing I have firearms in the house?
3. Is this person put in jeopardy if they ride in my vehicle when I have a weapon with me, and I am driving?

I am totally out of my environment when talking about this subject, as I know nothing about these kinds of things.

Any responses would be appreciated. Please feel free to PM me if needed.

Joe

No, you are not held responsible for the actions of your relatives

2. Is this person put in jeopardy when they come over to visit me, knowing I have firearms in the house?
No, as long as he does not have access to them.

3. Is this person put in jeopardy if they ride in my vehicle when I have a weapon with me, and I am driving?
No, as long as the firearm is under your control.
