It would seem to me that an objective report would have raised the question of ineffective gun control laws.
I guess the word "objective" is the hurdle but this is Chi-town. What the hey?

About 12:50 a.m. Sunday, a 40-year-old man was shot three times -- twice in the groin and once in the leg -- during a possibly domestic-related incident at 8127 S. Coles Ave. in the South Chicago neighborhood, police said.
His old lady get tired of him? Sounds like the shot placement wasn't meant to kill, just neuter...
