8 y/o Open Heart Surgery

Please keep my son, Joey, in your prayers! He is in the midst of his 5th surgery (second open heart) - he was born missing his pulmonary artery so we are going through some upgrades (his original cadaver/synthetic just dont grow with him). In addition to closing a VSD (hole in his heart) if it is more than 2mm bigger. Thanks in advance!

May the Lord guide the surgeon's hand in this surgery, and give Joey strength to heal whole to become strong. Amen

Joey is in the PICU, everything went well!!!!!!!!! They modified the artery to make it bigger and replaced the conduit, decided to attack the hole later on in the Cath Lab a few months down the road, maybe some angioplasty. A couple days in the PICU then a few more days in a regular room then some much deserved R and R at home! Thanks for the prayers, we appreciate them!

My Daughter had her 2nd open heart when she was 7, so I have an idea of what your going through. Y'all are on our pray list also!!
