Going to Houston tomorrow. Updated.

I'm going to Houston tomorrow to see a doctor who specializes in prostate cancer treatment. I hate going there under the best circumstances but, this is a bum trip.
At my last stem to stern check up everything was great except for my PSA score it was up from the last time (year ago) and above the limit. I had a biopsy and it showed high stage one or low stage two cancer.
My primary care physician and my urologist both say it has been detected at the best possible time when it is still curable. I've decided that surgery is probably the best treatment and the doc I'm going to see is supposed to be the best in the State.
Prayers and good thoughts will be greatly appreciated.
P. S. All you fellows over 40 should get your prostate checked annually.
Update:
I went to talk with the Doctor at Baylor Medical in Houston, He told me I was a good candidate for the robotic surgery but, before we do anything he wants to have my pathology slides re-read by a pathologist at Baylor who is a prostate specialist to make sure the diagnosis is both correct and thourough. I agreed and we will have the new results in a couple of weeks and then we can schedule treatment.
Thanks for all your prayers and concerns.
