Interesting article. Thanks for posting.
For thoughts? I think I'd rather carry loaded conceal carry, than unloaded open carry, but that's just me.

It just gives the BG an advantage; he cases a joint and the blasts the open carry guy(s) first knowing it's going to take time for them to load up.Re: Interesting Article on Open Carry
