Why do I get this message..."You cannot reply to this topic" in the Ladies Only Forum? I'm female.

Hi everyone,
I have the same question. I am female and I can't see any tab to "post" on the ladies only forum nor can I reply to any posts.
I wanted to announce I have a new family member coming.
I ordered a Springfield XD9 sub compact at the Forth Worth Gun Show last weekend and I can hardly wait for it to come in. I'm still somewhat of a newbie to guns. I am sheepish to say it, but I bought a Glock 19 before I learned how to recognize it was way too big for my hand to grip properly. The dealer I got it from was very gracious to allow me to return it for a full refund at the show. I asked him to order the XD9 for me since he had already sold his last one. Now mama is waiting patiently...well almost patiently.
Anyway, please let me know how to get into the ladies' forum. I look forward to joining

Welcome, TexasGal! Congratulations on your soon-to-be new family member. Hope the wait isn't long. Regarding the other purchase, I think it's a safe bet that most everyone has made a purchase that they weren't happy with for some reason, and you should feel proud of the fact that you did something about it rather than just live with one that wasn't right for you.
