Double Action CHL, they host classes at Shiloh Indoor Pistol (Willowbrook area). I renewed there last year and the ladies class was very good. I think only 4 or 5 total in the Ladies class, the mixed class appeared to be quite large. They did not include lunch, btw. Pruetts on Huffmeister/290 (1st license) has a good class also (with lunch!).

I took my class at Tog Gun and it was adequate. There were some things I didn't like but it was convenient and reasonably priced.

I took mine at Memorial Shooting Center

It's right off I-10 just inside the beltway.
It was very informative, and the Instructor was well versed in the current laws, and the changes in them over the past decade.

This guy is good too. His class is real close to Carter's Country on I-10.

I took my first class from him 10 years ago. He qualifies his students at Top Gun Range.

Topgun charges $140 which is very expensive. There are some top quality full service classes taught by highly respected instructors around for under $100.

I'll admit I didn't do any shopping around before I went to Top Gun. OTOH, it was conveniently located for me, I was very happy with the instructor that weekend (Dan Blackford), and it was all-inclusive (photos, prints, hand-holding through dotting all the i's and crossing the t's on the forms). Do the lower priced alternatives include photos & prints?
