Hey all. I'm sure this isn't the first time this has come up, but what's the consensus on this? I guess more specifically this company since they are local......

I think prepaid legal plans are great for reviewing house closing documents or dealing with a bad landlord or a neighbor who killed your azaleas, but it wouldn't be my choice when my freedom is on the line.

I am a PPL customer, primarily for business reasons, but at the time that I met with their representative (who is CHL friendly, BTW), he assured me that they have attorneys experienced in CHL defense on board. The Lord willing, I'll never have to test that.
