I'm sorry but he still makes me laugh while trying to ridicule points I believe in.

If only more of us could see humor pointed against us without offense.

(It WAS funny, too.)

It may be funny to you but I have seen EVERY issue we are attacked on for the last 20+ years come out of the so called "Comedians" mouths first. One way I have known where the next Leftists attack would be aimed was by paying attention to Letterman and later Stewart and other Comedians. I am not saying some of what they say isn't funny when it is said. I am saying that it won't seem so funny in six months or a year when their elected buddies are trying to ban those guns. I have heard the "lighten-up" line too only to have the same people who said it to me act dumfounded when the Liberals started campaigning against yet another right. I can only hope people will pay attention to what these Leftist Activists are saying and how their pals in Congress and the Executive will begin to move to deny us of our rights. That is my opinion based on my experience.

Evils greatest weapon is to convince people it doesn't exist. :evil2:

It's funny but not very funny and there were a lot of cheap jokes.

Imagine this twist on Jon's opening.
You probably recall last week in New York there was a town hall meeting with President Obama and one gentleman was chanting Muslim prayers at the event.

Perfectly legal!

Under New York law you are allowed to fly airplanes into any building you feel like.

As long as you end the flight with the phrase "Alma'derah."
Funny? In good taste?

Not funny in the least...
But then again, I have never found Stewart funny. By his logic, anyone wearing a cross at the rally would be laughable because he would be exercising a right that had nothing to do with health care. Because liberals can't find anything illegal about rights they don't agree with, they make fun of people who value those rights in an attempt to marginalize them from society.

Yes, funny :) Perhaps I just have a warped sense of humor :evil2:

I was resisting the urge to laugh and trying to catch all the little satirical jabs but when they released the hoards of undead, I lost it.

Absolutely hilarious. In fact, I thought last night was one of his best shows.

Why do so few realize how silly it makes us look when folks exaggerate the 2nd amendment in unrelated situations like this?

I agree with Jon Stewart, just because you can open carry an AR at a presidential rally doesnt mean you should. You arent carrying an AR for personal protection, you are carrying it to make a statement and I believe that open carrying a gun to make a statement is really stupid.

You know why they do that, don't you, ridicule patriots exercising their rights?
Rule 5: Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It’s hard to counterattack ridicule, and it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.

That's one of the reasons the Obama Joker is great.

It's also good for the blood pressure to relax a little and mock the jihadists, socialists, and elitists now and again.
