i am trying to make a trade and I was sent an FFL that did not match address on the EZcheck site https://www.atfonline.gov/fflezcheck/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The address are close but not a exact match, my dale ma is this do I report this? o do I giver the guy a chance to call his dealer? or what? My gut says file a report.

That would cause a red flag to go up for me too. I don't have any experience in dealing with an outgoing transaction, so take what I say with a grain of salt. Do you have an FFL? If so, I'd think there would be a hotline to ATF to call on situations like this. It certainly can't be the first. If you are using an FFL guy to transfer it for you, let him have the FFL copy and tell him your concerns. Then proceed cautiously.

My gut reaction is to call ATF and ask them what to do. But like I say I have no experience in something like this. Sorry.

Yeah, the ezcheck is in place for that very reason to verify a FFL before sending. You should check out the link. He is legit and the company does hold the FFL, they moved a few blocks over and have the new FFL. All is well on both ends.

I had the same thing happen to me. The Street had undergone a name change but the FFL had not changed the name on his License yet. You could look it up on map quest and see it was the same. I sent the rifle. I probably should have checked with the ATF but it seemed rather obvious it was not a scam.
