Presumably he doesn't have murder license. Murder should be illegal! Ohhh yeah...it already is.

And the antis will ignore that and all logic to spin this as if it happens every day with CHLs. When the rare news story like this breaks, the Bradys, Gun Guys et al, often have them posted on their websites along with exploitive editorials within a couple of hours. But good news stories about CHLs...never, of course.

Even if he didn't have a CHL, he would still be allowed to have a gun. The fact that he has a CHL is irrelevant to the story. Besides that, when he applied for his license, I'm sure they had a hard time predicting the future when they performed their background checks.
