Reguarding no insurance, could this be helpful if you have indian blood from one of the five civil tribes and your ancestors names are on the roll?

To be declared American Indian, I believe you must be able to prove your linage, be at least 1/8th Indian blood, and join a tribe. I know my sister tried to do this at one time as we are 1/8th by blood, but due to birth records being lost in an Oklahoma courthouse fire back in the late 1800's, 1/16th of it could not be proved 100% so we didn't qualify.mred wrote:Reguarding no insurance, could this be helpful if you have indian blood from one of the five civil tribes and your ancestors names are on the roll?
