P11 - - - it worked great after "fluff 'n buff" sold it because I didn't use it.
P3AT- - - Works ok but won't feed the top round from a full magazine so I don't carry it loaded +1. Don't carry it at all because of the stupid prices of .380 ammo. Don't like the lack of a slide lock either.

Have 2 P-11s. Both have had ejectors break at 1000-2000 rounds. I replaced the ejectors myself. Also even with a broken ejector both guns continued to eject shells until the last one.

I've had the P11 for a long time and it went back to K-T and then I had Jack Fuslier(sp) a K-T guru do the fluf & buff. It has been 100% since then!!
The 1st P32 had the "spring that holds the takedown pin in place" problem. Which locked up the gun and made it useless. K-T sent me the new improved part to fix that. The trigger axis pin worked loose. Another gun stopping problem. I pressed it back in place and put some glue on it and I look at it every time I clean it, so far so good. I can't remember if it was P32 #1 or P32 #2, but one had a light strike, no go bang, problem. I discovered that the firing pin was bent. I straightened it and that solved the problem. All 3 K-Ts were flufed & buffed, that included removing the firing pins and deburring the holes that the firing pins go through. #2 P32 was checked for all the problems that #1 had.
All 3 of the K-Ts are 100% now. The P32s are BUGs (his & hers). The P11 can be an EDC or a BUG. I prefer the Glock 33, it's not much bigger. You used to be able to get a K-T P40 (40 S&W) and K-T sold a 357Sig conversion. Ungh, Ungh, More Power!!! They stopped that nonsense, too many were comming back to K-T.
KTOG.org was a place I went daily and I learned alot. I was not afraid to take a $199 gun apart and and mess with it. It was almost like buying a kit and building your own gun. Ahh, thoes were the days!
Regards, OE

I traded with a forum member for a used 1st gen P3AT a couple of years ago. It's been 100% reliable for me.

P45: one trip to factory after 250 rounds. Now, after thousands of rounds later, no problems.

Not nonsense, there were issues because of limpwristing, in such a light frame you have to have a good grip on it to fire .40 and .357 in that small package.

P3AT second generation. Flawless so far. I have just under 300 rounds through it. It's carried a lot but shot little. About two years old.

P3AT that I just got back from repair with a 10 week turnaround time. As you can imagine I'm not too happy...
From day one it never ejected 7 rounds in a row. Always a stovepipe amongst the seven.
