Notice in a couple of the photos, even though the guy in the gray sweatshirt was hitting and kicking the perp, he never dropped his cigarette. I guess at $5 a pack now, you have to hold on to them as much as possible!!!

The narration indicates that he stole the Asian gal's purse and he
bit one of the men restraining him, as well as kicked his victim.
