LEO encounter

Had my first LEO encounter last night. Had to make a vehicle damage report from a gate , called hidalgo CSO and when depety arrived I told him what happened. He asked for ID and insurance, and as I gave the stuff to him I also gave my CHL...He looked at it for a second then went about writing his report..Never gave it a second look or said anything about it....Very courtious and profession deputy....
