I have owned a Taurus PT24/7pro and I now own a Taurus 24/7OSS, both in 9mm.

The manual does not recommend +p

I have shot +p out of both. Not a large amount, but enough to know that it will function with no problems.

I like the hi-point for a vehicle gun in case of theft of vehicle I wont be out a lot of cash, and they are fun to shoot. MyBIL has one in .45 acp and we blast that thing and it has never failed...ever!

I also like the 24/7 as my BIL has 2 of them and they are sweet shooters and very reliable so far.
