Gun wearing out car seat

Anybody have any suggestions about a concealment holster for my Officers ACP that won't destroy the seats in my truck? After carrying it just once I can see signs of where it was rubbing a little. I'm gonna try a belly band and maybe some kind of clip on that I can take off when I'm driving, if I can find one.

Look at the beltster in weak side carry from banderagunleather.com. It might be what you are looking for.

When I first saw the title, I thought "What's his kid carrying that's wearing out the car seat?"

I just asked the same question about a Supertuck. It should be coming in some time next week and I can let you know how it goes.

I think they should make clip or snap on cross draw holsters that could be snapped onto your belt when you are seated in your car and you can just take your pistol out of your regular holster and place in the cross draw while driving.

Desanti makes a holster that straps onto the bottom part of your car/truck seat so you could leave it in the car and put the gun in it instead of having to put another holster on every time you get in and out of the car. http://www.desantisholster.com/storefro ... tm_index=0

I use a VersaMax II and I just set it so that it will shift to my the three o'clock (depending on pants the loops lock the belt holster loops from sliding but can unsnap) and not have the butt grinding into the seat. I just slide it back to my usual 4:30 position before I get back out.

Ross makes one as well and have one on order but taking months to get. Formed leather that slides through belt and velco back to holster. M23S I think is the model.
