Well, basically I'm very satisfied with this shotgun. I think mossberg made a very solid and reliable gun for the money. It ran perfect with winchester 2-3/4in 00 buckshot with 9 pellets and had one hickup with your standard remington 2-3/4in 7-1/2 shot. It was the second or third shot which ejected the spent round, but the bolt wasn't pushed back far enough to release another round from the magazine tube. After that I ran about 50 more rounds of the remington through it and she functioned perfectly.

I had the idea while I was out at the farm to see what the pattern was with the winchester buck and all I could muster was some cardboard and a ballpoint pen so that is what became my target materials. First is at approximately 21 feet and the second at approximately 30 feet. Enjoy! :fire

Buckshot patterning always amazes me, while scaring the heck out of me at the same time. Look at that pattern at 21 ft. Nine holes in what looks to be a 5x5 square area. 00 buck is .33 caliber with a velocity around 1,000 fps at that range. That is equivalent ballistic force of hitting center mass with NINE .38 Special +P rounds at the same time!
