USPS lost my SuperTuck ARRRRRR
the USPS website says package delivered but i never got it! and I know it wasn't delivered cause I happened to be home at the date and time they claim it was delivered.

So I talked to Marty from Crossbreed and they were AWESOME to send me a new holster FOR FREE (this time with UPS).
Today it came in the mail (again UPS) and I'm a happy camper

So if not for the comfort / quality / tuckability (is that even a word?) then for the EXCELLENT customer service, I recommend Crossbreed!

Let me add to the praise of Marty over at Crossbreed.
I was playing with my kid at the park the other day and got snagged on something. One of my snaplock clips bent pretty bad. I sent Marty an email that night and had a new clip in the mail in about 2 days or so! Great product, great customer service!

Good customer service goes a long way.
