I received my PIN today and....

it was invalid. I replied to the email letting them know my PIN was invalid.....shortly later, I received a new one. The new one logs me in but the DPS site says that I have no application or certificate on file. Anyone else come across this before?

My app is in the system, going through the background phase, according to the lady I spoke with this morning. I'm just curious as to why the online system says I have no app. I guess there's a delay in the online system.

That might be the cause. How long have they had your app ? :confused5

Also , you might be entering the info into the wrong section.

One of th very common errors that makes it show up "no app on file" is clicking on the instructors line.

Make sure you are logging in on the CHL line.
