JUST MOVED TO TEXAS. CAN I USE MY UTAH AND FLORIDA CHL TO LEGALLY CARRY IN TEXAS NOW THAT I AM A RESIDENT?

BUT, you are not exempt from the federal school law that prevents you from driving into a school parking lot with a gun. You must have a resident permit for that exemption.

Won't you also have to change your address for both? And what about resident vs. non-resident licenses for those states? Does that matter for those states?

Both states offer non-resident licenses. I assume one or both of them already are non-resident. SHould only have to request a change of address AFAIK.
